Anniversary Ghosts

.Anniversary ghosts, supposedly the spirit of a person, who returns to, or is shown (through the fabric of the building), to appear on the same day, at the same time, in the same place, year after year.
Although the team have researched this phenomena, no conclusive evidence has yet been found.
The team would be interested to hear about any incidents of 'anniversary ghosts' or 'anniversary hauntings' which anyone has encountered.
